Read your competitors' newest reviews
Competitors' pricing pages tell you what they sell. Their newest reviews tell you what customers think of it.
Once a month, try this:
1. Pick two or three competitors.
2. Read their five most recent reviews on Google or wherever your customers leave them.
3. Write down what people praise and what they complain about.
4. Check yourself against the complaints. If they keep hearing "slow to call back," make sure you aren't.
You will often find a gap you can fill, or a strength you should mention more plainly on your own site.
