Refund policy

The 14-day free trial does not ask for a card. If you do not upgrade, day 14 does not create a charge.

If you do pay for Starter, Pro, or Agency, email hello@radarmybusiness.com within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, charges are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Canceling stops future checks. A refund, when it applies, returns the charge from the last 7 days.
