Questions

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. You tell us about your business and your competitors, and we do the rest. The results come to your email.

What do I need to give you?

Your website, the websites of the competitors you care about, and a few words about what you sell and where. That's it.

How often do you check?

Once a day, every day. AI Pulse is our daily check: it reads each page, and when the text changed, AI labels the change as price, feature or message. Price changes are emailed after that day's check. Everything else comes in the Monday summary.

Will you send me lots of email?

No. You get an email when a competitor changes a price, plus one summary a week. Quiet weeks stay quiet.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

The checks stop. We never asked for a card, so nothing is charged. If you want to keep going, pick a plan.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If you pay and change your mind, email Hello@RadarMyBusiness.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

Do you look at private information?

No. We only look at public pages anyone can see. We don't log in or get around paywalls.
