What we store
Account email, the URLs you add, extracted text from public pages, the diffs and classifications we produce, price points, and the emails we send you. The free report stores the address you typed and the summary we wrote. We also store a random visitor id, the exp_001 hero variant, and product events such as a home view or a snapshot start. That visitor id is linked to the account when you sign up. We do not ask you to connect a competitor login, and we do not store cookies from the sites we fetch.
Why
To run the monitors you asked for, send alerts and the weekly note, bill the plan you chose, and add you to our mailing list when you sign up or request a free report. That list is tagged with the source: signup or free-report.
Processors
Supabase holds the database, sign-in, and the email list. Stripe handles payment details — we store customer and subscription ids, not your card. Resend sends every email. An OpenAI-compatible model reads a page only after the text actually changed, or when you request a one-time report. Vercel hosts the app and runs the scheduled jobs. Each of those vendors processes data under their own terms.
How long
Snapshots stay so the timeline and the diffs have something to compare. You can ask us to delete your account and the pages attached to it. Free-report addresses stay on the mailing list until you unsubscribe there or ask us to remove them.
Your requests
Email privacy@radarmybusiness.com to access, correct, or delete the account data we hold. If you operate a site and want the bot to stop, use the opt-out on the bot page. Marketing and product email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing stops the free-snapshot series, the daily list, price alerts, and the weekly digest. Sign-in links still send. The snapshot series is at most three emails and also stops if you start a trial or a paid plan. We do not sell personal information.
